- 1 cup peach slices.
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger.
- 1 cup fresh papaya (cut into pieces).
- 1/2 cup sliced pear.
- 2 leaves of mint.
First, washed well fruits , peels off and cut as indicated in the ingredients.
Place in a blender with a little water until you get the consistency you want. If you want ice cream, you can do it with ice water or add ice to the mixture.
Shake to maintain your weight:
- 3 bananas.
- 1/2 cup fat-free or lactose-free milk (or you prefer).
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (low fat).
- 1/2 cup ice cubes.
Remove the peel bananas, cut into slices. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until you get theconsistency you want.
If you want you can add a scoop of protein powder wheyinto the mix.
Shake on stress and anxiety:
- 1 cup blueberries.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1 cup of cow’;s milk, almond or soy milk.
- 1/2 cup herb chamomile.
- 2 tablespoons honey.
Wash all fruits. Put all ingredients in blender and blend to the consistency you see fit . Honey replaces sugar and is more natural and healthy for your body.
These preparations yield up to 3 glasses prescription and you can have a glass or 2 a day.
